Week XI- Homework(Insomnia)

It is importanat that you enough to sleep at the night.

In life of city, almost of people undergo stress because of busy. This reason  why a lot of people have insomnia. If you are in insomnia, I would tell you some good advice.

First, before sleeping, you should make environment comfortable, which action sends signal to your brain. It means you have already been ready for sleeping.

Second, If you are hungry, before sleeping, you should drink warm milk. It is good way that your stomach feels realaxed and it help you sleep deeply.

Third, It is the most important things, which you should exercise reguarly. It makes you reduce stress and you are going to be happy, when you see that your appearance is energy.

Finally, enough to sleep is needed for your life of heathy so, I recomand you try to do anythings.

    sleeping is a very important factor to live.
    Therefore, we do regular life, exercise, eating habits. But the weather is getting cold outside so it's annoying to exercise outside and i do not want to leave in a warm blankets.
